Terms and conditions

General terms for using this site and DS Beauty Art's services.

Last updated: to be set at publication

1. Who we are

This site is operated by DS Beauty Art di Doina Snigur, Via Val di Chienti, 65, 00141 Roma. Email: dsbeautyart@gmail.com. VAT number: to be added after verification (no real number is published in this draft).

2. Scope

These terms govern the use of this site and the services offered: nail services in the salon and at home, training courses and salon consulting. Prices, durations and dates published on the site are indicative while marked as samples and are confirmed at booking or enrolment.

3. Bookings and cancellations

  • Bookings are made through the booking channel indicated on the site or by direct contact.
  • If you cannot attend, let us know as early as possible: cancellation and rescheduling terms (required notice, any deposits or fees) are communicated and confirmed in writing at booking.
  • For courses, cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in writing at enrolment.
  • Significant late arrival may require the service to be shortened or rescheduled.

4. Training courses

A certificate of attendance is issued at the end of courses. It is not a recognised or licensing certification. Entry requirements and any personal kit are listed on each course page or shared before the course starts.

5. Salon consulting

Consulting engagements are defined by a written proposal setting out goals, activities, timing and fees. The proposal prevails over these general terms in case of conflict.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, texts, images and course materials belong to DS Beauty Art or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

Information on this site is for general information. Always tell us in advance about allergies or relevant conditions: where contraindications exist, the service may be adapted or postponed.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory forum provided by the Italian Consumer Code remains unaffected.
